You Deserve Access to Clearer Skin – We’re Here to Help
At Phothera, we understand that the path to clearer skin is often hindered by barriers. Often, patients delay or abandon treatment because care feels out of reach, leaving chronic skin conditions unmanaged.
That’s why we created Phothera Cares — a patient-first assistance program designed to remove roadblocks and make phototherapy accessible for everyone.
Whether it’s overcoming costly out-of-pocket expenses, education, or navigating insurance denials, Phothera Cares ensures every patient has a path forward to the care they deserve.
Phothera Cares: As Easy As 1, 2, 3…

Step 1: Get Prescribed
Your dermatologist deems home phototherapy necessary and prescribes a Phothera home phototherapy device.

Step 2: Apply for Assistance

We work directly with your insurance provider and handle all claims, prior authorizations, and appeals in case of denials.

Step 3: Approval
Once approved, your medically prescribed device will ship directly to your door, allowing you to begin treatment immediately.
